With a beautiful carmine colour, this classic Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz exhibits a bouquet of violets and fynbos. Blackcurrant flavors and structured tannins leave your pallet yearning for more.
After completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months, 50% in steel tanks and 50% in oak barrels, in order to obtain a perfect balance of fruit and wood nuances in the wine.
