On the palate, layers of citrus and litchi unfold, balanced by a delicate hint of vanilla from gentle oak ageing.

Crisp and vibrant, the finish lingers with a lively, well-defined acidity that keeps you coming back for more. Only the purest free-run juice was used after a brief two-hour skin contact, ensuring clarity and intensity of fruit. The wine spent 11 months on the lees in French oak barrels – without stirring or malolactic fermentation – to preserve its natural freshness and purity.
