True to its name, the Sans Barrique Cuvée sees no oak – allowing the pure essence of Chardonnay to shine. Whole bunches are gently pressed and the juice cold-settled before a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel, unlocking layers of vibrant flavour. A six-month maturation on the lees adds a subtle creaminess, while the absence of malolactic fermentation keeps the palate beautifully crisp.
