Beef, Lamb, Chicken, VenisonDeep purple. Blackberry fruit and jammy nose. Palate is rich and full, with a grippy, but well integrated tannin structure. Chocolate and dark berry fruit on the finish. Good now but will improve with age.

Rooibos and Honey Bush are indegenous to the Western Cape of South Africa and produce wood with rare characteristics and properties that contribute to the making of this delicous unique red wine.
